Laura holds a Paralegal Studies Certificate from California State University, East Bay, a bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management and earned her Master of Science in Law from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating with great distinction. Her graduate studies focused on Government Law and Policy, reinforcing her dedication to public service and enhancing her work in the corporate sector with a strong foundation in legal and policy analysis.

Before joining Ehlers Law Corporation, Laura played a pivotal role in supporting the Affirmative Civil Enforcement division at the U.S. Attorney’s Office. There, she contributed to significant cases focused on enforcing federal laws and protecting public resources. Laura began her legal career in Pharmaceutical Mass Tort Litigation, where she developed a strong foundation in managing large-scale discovery and supporting trial teams through the intricacies of multidistrict litigation. Her work later expanded into personal injury law, where she deepened her experience in case development, client coordination, and legal document preparation. In addition, she has demonstrated strong leadership skills while overseeing the operations of the offices at which she was previously employed.
